When purchasing a readymade brand, you agree to our process, working agreement, and terms listed below.

Approval & File Delivery

Choose a brand design that is a perfect fit for your business. To purchase a readymade brand from Happy Monday, you agree to the full price before customization work commences. Please note that all readymade brand sales are final and non-refundable, so we encourage you to ask all questions that you might have before purchasing.

After purchase is complete, we will gather your information and customization needs in order to create an initial brand comp for review. Your brand’s name and tagline must fit into the brand lockup without major design revisions. Happy Monday reserves the right to assess the compatibility of the brand to the buyer.

After initial comps are presented, up to two rounds of revisions are included in the cost. Additional revision rounds will be billed at our hourly rate. Please note that Happy Monday offers custom brand design services.

Once your brand design is approved, we prepare all the various file formats you will need for print and web and provide a link for downloading. A brand guide PDF will be included with links to colors and fonts.

Misc. Information

  • Purchases include the designs shown only. Please note, any additional print designs, social media designs, presentation designs, etc. are not available, but can be ordered a custom project through Happy Monday.
  • Stock images are not included.
  • Please note that the mockups are for preview purposes only and therefore not included in the download.
  • Fonts shown are not included in final file delivery. Full font licenses must be purchased separately.
  • You will need a basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator should you want to make edits in the future.
  • Happy Monday does not maintain an archive of brand files after the project is complete. The client is responsible for archiving final files.
  • You may not sell, resell or share any of the items purchased through Happy Monday. Only one person or business may use a single brand for personal or commercial purposes.


Upon purchase, we are prepared gather your brand information and start immediately. To make the customizations, we’ll need approximately 1-2 weeks from beginning to end, depending on when we receive your feedback. The customization process is a dynamic collaboration that requests equal participation from you and me.

Project Delays

If a project is delayed longer than 60 days of no activity (i.e., non-responsive client, waiting for feedback or approval on a stage of work in process), Happy Monday reserves the right to terminate the project,  keep the non-refundable payment, re-list the brand, and refuse delivery of the final files.


Once a project has been approved and delivered, Happy Monday will assign the reproduction rights. The final approved artwork becomes the property of the Client.


Happy Monday retains the right to display the final brand for promotional and marketing purposes, including website and print portfolios, and other online exhibits.
